Our responsibilities
*Each Chauffeur complies with the laws and regulations as laid down by Lewes District Council, The Ministry of Transport and the D.V.L.A.
*The Chauffeur will follow traffic regulations especially speed limits and parking regulations. The chauffeur will not permit unrestrained children, pets, loud music or anything else that causes distractions at his total and final discretion.
*Our Chauffeur will choose a route using his experience and knowledge of local conditions. He will be happy to accept an alternative route as requested by his passenger, however an extra charge may be levied.
*We will carry a reasonable amount of luggage. We reserve the right to refuse to carry items of luggage if they cannot be safely stored.
*We will hold liable any client who causes damage to the vehicle. The client will be invoiced for all associated and any resulting cancelled bookings. We reserve the right to cancel travel arrangements in the event of a national emergency, war, riot or other serious problem of any nature. In the event of such cancellation, we will accept no liability.
* We will not accept responsibility for any late arrivals, delays or consequential losses incurred by unpredictable incidents or events beyond our control.
*Circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from providing the exact car you requested. In this unlikely event we will do everything we can to find the same vehicle, however in some cases we may have to provide a similar type of vehicle. The client will of course be notified as soon as this occurs and given the opportunity to cancel or offered a discount on a future journey.

Your responsibilities

*All vehicles are NON SMOKING vehicles. Clients are requested not to consume food or beverages (except still water) whilst inside the vehicle.
*All luggage and personal effects are carried in the vehicle at the owner’s risk. No liability is accepted for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal effects, including clothing whilst the client is inside the vehicle.
*Our insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger’s irresponsibility such as not wearing a seat belt or opening the door before the vehicle has come to a halt. Should an passenger cause damage to a vehicle we will pass on the full costs of repair and loss of work for the time the vehicle was off the road caused by a passenger’s actions. It is the adult passenger’s entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured.

* It is the customer's responsability to give the right date and time when an overnight flight occurs (ie: if you are flying on the 24th and your flight is getting in at midnight, your booking date and time should be 25th at midnight).
Our charges
* We reserve the right to change our prices and terms and conditions at any time but this will not affect bookings already made at this time.
* Cancellation charges apply. Cancellations must be made 24h prior to pick up time. If cancellation happens after the 24h period. I will expect full payment (except in the case of a delayed flight/ferry)
* All bookings for the ‘Prestige Cars’ are subject to availability. Cancellation charges apply 100% charge for cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking.
* Surcharges may apply for bank holidays.
* Gratuities are at the discretion of the client.
* Overnight hire requires a subsistence charge of £40 plus hotel accommodation.
* Extra hourly waiting charge is £18 per hour during the hours of 06.00am to midnight, after midnight and up to 06.00am £25.00 per hour.
*Unpaid bills and repeated invoices may incur a 10% surcharge at the manager’s discretion or may result in legal action.
*We happily accept requests for Newspapers or Magazines.
